    I forgot to place a flower order for my Mom so I called the shop. The delivery driver took my order and said he'd leave soon to make the delivery. They even texted a picture before delivering. From the time I placed my order until she had her flowers, it was about 45 minutes. We both noted how courteous the staff was and how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you to all the staff who took my emergency and made it theirs. You don't get service like that often and they've won my business!!

    If I could give Bud & Bloom Florist in Mooresville, IN more than 5 stars, I would. Last October my father passed away. I called them ordered a specific bouquet in red and white as he was a huge IU fan. The bouquet they created was amazing and exactly what I wanted. I have never seen such beautiful red roses so big and fragrant. I took one home and it lasted longer than any rose I've ever had. My grandmother passed away last week and the bouquet at the funeral yesterday was, again, so gorgeous and the roses were orange with pink tips and huge. I will never order flowers anywhere else.

    I am sorry for my previous review. Jeff called me and it is all good. They are exchanging the corn plant with a piece lily, which will be wonderful. I honestly should have called instead of posting a negative review. He was great and the flower will be great. Again I apologize. And recommend to anyone - if not pleased - please dont post negative - give them a chance to make it acceptable. But I would recommend to take the time to select what you want.     this is a rating of this order only, I ordered mothers day flowers for my mom. I have never been disapointed, I used the florest option, I should have picked myself. They sent this awful, BIG, Corn plant. Ugly, terrible choice. and it cost me $90.00 - Cost wasn't really the issue, the choice was. I understand Mothers Day cost. But geezz, a CORN PLANT for 90.00. And an ugly one at that. Of course she loved the thought. But I don't know what she is going to do with it. She is not able to even move it. The delivery person could hardly lift it. Let alone a 90 year old wonderful mom.

    I was highly disappointed with the mother's day bouquet I ordered. I spent $118 for a deluxe bouquet of bright orange, yellow and red flowers, and what she actually got was nothing like the one I ordered. There wasn't a single orange flower in the mix and one rose when there should have been at least half a dozen. There were light pink flowers. It looked like a $20 bouquet from the grocery. I won't be returning to them again. If they didn't have the flowers I ordered on hand, I expect a phone call asking if they could be substituted. There was no communication.

    Michelle, We are sorry you were unhappy with the flower arrangement, however you selected a price point $21.00 less than the arrangement shown. This will make a noticeable difference in the appearance. I did check the amount of flowers the designer put into the arrangement and is was filled to $89.95 value. As for the packet of flower food, we do not send a packet out with each arrangement. A floral "food" product was in the water when processed and at the time arrangement was delivered. Hope this helps.

    Andrea, We contacted the recipient and she requested for us to deliver the flowers the next day, as she would be getting home late. It is to cold to just leave flowers out at this time of year, we must make contact with the recipient prior to delivery. That is why the flowers were beautiful but a day late. They change weekly and are not all shown online. If there is ever a need for us to fill your floral needs in the future, you may phone us to get a better selection than the sampling shown on our site. However, with the no contact delivery policy, we call to verify someone is there to accept the item and call again when the delivery has been made. As for the cost, that is the price point you selected. We do offer several items for less. If you do not find an item in the price range you want to spend online.     I can always count of my "hometown" florists to do a great job. They've never let me down! Living out of state, I know I can call them and be certain that I'll get something beautiful and high quality. They will even let me know (in memoriam flowers) if others have sent the same arrangement. They will call to double check on the color of the flowers I order if the color isn't clear on my computer. Things are always delivered in a timely manner. Highest recommendations!

    Ordering on line was simple & direct. However the arrangement was somewhat of a disappointment. Ordered for daughters 18th birthday to be surprise delivery at school. The arrangement was not decorated. No ribbons or even the card I requested. The base was plain and way too many carnations for the price we paid.

    We have tried to contact customer , left voice message...no response. They selected designer choice, did not select a style for us to get an idea of what they had in mind. As for the card, we use a 1 part card, so for the recipient to have received the arrangement, the name on the card and message, that they put on when placing the order, had to be attached to the tissue. Review was placed 14 days after we delivered arrangement. We are truly sorry customer was not pleased, however we make every attempt to resolve any issues in a reasonable and timely manner.

    While they didn't have most of the flowers in the arrangement, they gave me a call to discuss instead of taking it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted. Super thankful for that. My friend was moved to icu and they couldn't deliver the flowers while she was in icu so they called again to let me know they would stay on top of it. Great customer service and thankful for that.
